Shipping policy
Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Spa Parts Newcastle. Spa Parts Newcastle will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your Final Order confirmation.
Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Spa Parts Newcastle will endeavour to deliver your Order to you within ten (10) weeks of the date final payment is made.
When you complete your Order, you will be prompted to select whether you wish to collect your Order or to have the Order delivered to an address specified by you.
Delivery times may be greater than 10 weeks for regional or remote areas
